All of the emails have been sent (there were two gliches - one because I missed a letter out of an email address - one because gmail is evil) - If there are any other problems, let us know.

LOL - sadly, it's the best way to do it, without having to mess around with it later on (it'll be between the 3rd and 22nd of October - and with 11 authors, more likely between the 3rd and 14th)
