All of the writers have now either been in touch or have submitted their final drafts - it's now the turn of all you artists to turn in drafts.

Artists -

Your drafts are due in by the 24th May (Friday) unless you have heard otherwise from me - it doesn't have to be everything, but you have to have fulfilled the minimum. This is so that we know that all of the fics have art, and it gives time to find a new artist/make it ourselves if required.

Subject line for art submissions:

artist - author, title of the work you've made it for - art

In the body of the email tell us the type of art - and any extra comments you want.

If you've had any issues, please let us know.

The email address is leverage.bb.mods at googlemail dot com - and you will recieve a confirmation of reciept - if you don't within 12 hours (allowing for my work day ;)), that means we haven't gotten it.

Posting date claims will go live on the 25th - The dates available range from the 30th May - 16th June.

Sorry these are a little late - I may be slightly of the brain dead this week *face palm*

I come with the instructions of how to post - just in time for the first one of you :) - and it's a much simplier post than last year's ;)

Firstly, Authors Posting Guidelines

Authors, when posting your fics (aka when posting your 'masterpost' to the comm with thei links to your fic) your subject line should read as follows:

Title of story: Author/s: Genre+Pairings: Rating

And you should use the following header:

Extra notes: if it has multiple parts, much &hearts if you link to the parts separately in the masterpost and link the parts together (so a link to part two at the end of part one etc) - I know a lot of people do that anyway, but not everyone does and it's one of those things that makes it much easier to read a fic.

Artists making art for the big bang fics

There's no posting guidelines for you :p - your art will be linked to by your authors, but where possible please provide a short header on your art post (basic: made for thebigbangjob, for this fic by this author, the fic can be found here - include any warnings and a rating as necessary.)

Or you can use the text below, deleting anything that you don't want to include:

Writers

Your final drafts are due tomorrow - there is a little time between tomorrow and the posting period, so you'll have time to do any extra touches that need done.

Basically, this final draft deadline is our way of making sure that you all have something over the required word count and that will be ready to post.

All you need to do is send the final draft to us, with the following as a subject line:

This your last chance to drop out, and to let us know if you have any issues. If you haven't heard from your artist/s please let us know.

When posting your art (or a link to your art, you can do either) your subject line should read as follows:

Prompt: Artist: Type of Art: Rating

And you should use the following header:

Artists doing Art for an Existing fic

A mix of the two above. Your subject line should read as follows:

Title of Fic: Artist: Genre/Pairing: Rating

And you should use the following header:

Fill out the header according to your art, but where possible provide warnings that relate to the fic (part of the aim being to get more people to read the fic as a result of your pretty art).

And finally: Artists making art for the big bang fics

There's no posting guidelines for you :p - your art will be linked to by your authors, but where possible please provide a short header on your art post (basic: made for thebigbangjob, for this fic by this author, the fic can be found here - include any warnings and a rating as necessary.)

Thank you to the artist who's already submitted her art. Below is the "how to" guide.

I'm extremely sorry for not getting this up before now but somehow time seems to have run at double speed for the last couple of weeks. This isn't an excuse, just me apologising.

Your art MUST be recieved by midnight November 1st. So long as it's 23:59 or before on 1st November wherever you are in the world when you email your art to us, that's ok.

Please read everything below before emailing your art to us.

How to turn you artwork in:

1. In a new email, do the following:
- To: leverage.bb.mods@googlemail.com
- Subject line of the email must be: Artwork - [artist name : fic title]
- Attach artwork (unless sending links to artwork)
- Content of the email must contain:

2. Double check that you've filled everything in and attached the artwork (you wouldn't belive the amount of times I've forgotten to attach documents when sending things to people!) or copied and pasted the links completely, and hit SEND.

That's it!

Incase you still have questions, here's a few more things:

- on your assigned posting day (you'll find this out on 3rd Nov.) you may post your art wherever you like, LiveJournal, Dreamwidth, your own site or somewhere else entirely

- if you're doing art for more than one author, you must post each set of artwork seperately (i.e. art for author#1 in post A and art for author#2 in post B)

- links to each artwork post must be given to the author of that fic for inclusion in their master post

Just a couple of notices before I go:

- The posting schedule will be posted on 3rd November (GMT), posting of fics will begin 4th November.

Just to re-iterate as it's very important: YOUR ARTWORK -MUST- BE SUBMITTED BY MIDNIGHT ON 1ST NOVEMBER, NO EXCEPTIONS.
