Apologies. Yes, this is the first official "this is how we'd like it done" post, but there was nothing stopping anyone from emailing or PM-ing either of us mods with something along the lines of "I've got my rough draft done, is it ok to send it now?". That's what happened last year and with other Big Bangs that I've been a participant in. Again, apologies for not making this clear - I'll do my best to make it clearer for next year. Sorry if this has annoyed you at all.
