I just finished reading this now (after planning to only read the first few parts today) and it was brilliant! The characterisation of the characters was just spot on and I really enjoyed reading this. And, telaryn, why exactly were you worried?

This? Is my favorite type of feedback to get - the, "I couldn't stop reading" kind. *g*

And I was worried, because aside from a valiant attempt by mizzy2k to give me chapter by chapter feedback on the final draft, I have no proof that anyone aside from you even *read* the final draft, let alone liked it. The same thing happened to me with my sncross_bigbang earlier this year.

Add in a couple of other less than encouraging experiences (including last year's fiasco of being only one of two fics submitted and NO ONE out of over a dozen artists wanting to do art for it), and bigbangs pretty much make me psychotic. The only reason I'm likely to continue to participate in this one at all is the tradition of being able to write something with my kid.

Well, I couldn't stop! I only wanted to read a few parts and then get back on with writing me essay but it was so amazing that I just couldn't stop!

It sucks when fics don't get much feedback - let me just say that this fic DESERVES much more than it's got. I wouldn't take it personally, my big bang fic didn't get a lot of feedback either.

Next year, next year we'll make sure to get everyone all hyped up about the challenge. *nods*

But yes, this fic was wonderful and I loved how the fandom crossovers worked with Hardison and Sterling/Crowley and the Winchesters. (And Faith, even though I'm not familiar with the show.)

*gulp* Wow! This is amazing! I love it! Is there more in this universe somewhere? Some parts -- Faith and Nate, Eliot and Lindsey -- reminded me of a pair of fanfics I'd read on ff.net. One was The You're Welcome Job. Are they part of the same 'verse? Is there a sequal to this? And does Crowley realize he's probably going to end up opening the first seal again?! If he really takes Nate, Nate's gonna end up putting the apocalypse back on the table and I thought Crowley didn't want that. Hmm... Either he thinks he can end Nate being righteous or he ain't thinking stuff through again. Maybe that was part of taking the enhancements Lindsey gave Eliot? Make Eliot more vulnerable so that Nate would be that much more likely to go off the deep end and disqualify himself from breaking the first seal? Fyi, I want to see what happens when Crowley comes to collect...

And now I'm seeing some evil, sneaky plot bunnies -- something about Eliot making a deal. *shudders* Gah! Bad timing!
