Time to Vote for 2011

The masterpost for 2010, can now be found here.

Before I start into Big Bang related business, I wanted to let you all know that tomorrow (16th March) I shall be making a post to the community, which will include links to all of the communities that are currently running auctions to raise money to help Japan - the main reason for that is so that those of you who are offering stuff and drop a comment onto the post, basically it's a chance to get the word out a bit more.

Now, it's time to start really thinking about this year's Big Bang - last year, a number of you said that you would be interested in doing a reverse big bang (art being made first, then used as a prompt for the writing) - which is still a possibility. The question is, whether you would all prefer a Reverse Big Bang this year to a normal Big Bang, or if you want to do both. There is also the question of when you all want this to happen.

So, with that in mind, here is a preliminary poll, mainly aimed at judging interest:

[Poll #1718275]

(EDIT: This poll will be open until 25th March - after which we'll take a look at the results and decide a plan of attack.)

Thanks

I am spamming this post with my comment that OMG I want more Leverage fic! And episodes! Including the Very Special All-Shirtless Episode!

Er, this is what you meant, right? I didn't have to be on-topic?

I have a question about the reverse big bang. Would the artists be able to be authors as well? However, if we do the reverse one, I'd sign up for artist rather than writer. :)

Hmm, checking back. I already voted, but it seems like it'll end up a reverse. I'm sad since it wasn't my choice. It's not like I dislike a reverse, but I already have what I planned to write, and it wouldn't fit with a reverse. So unless you plan on both - a place for writers (me) who already have their bunny/plot in place....

If not, well I'll still write my story, sadly it just won't be part of the bigbang.

I chose Other for timing as any would be fine. :-)

I see that Reverse Big Bang is winning, but I hope we do a normal Big Bang, as well. This was going to be my first year participating, and I was excited for it. But I've planned out what I wanted to write. I'm reasonably certain my idea won't fit with anyone's art, so I won't be able to participate unless there is a regular Big Bang. :( Well, maybe I'll have better luck next year.
